About Mystery Booster Commander Guide
Mystery Booster Commander Guide is an independent, unofficial reference for Mystery Booster Commander Edition — the third Mystery Booster product and the one that changes Commander’s rules. We document every rules change from the official Update Bulletin, the full numbered card list, the eight Rulebreaker cards, and the unusually confusing buying situation around a convention-first product.
How we work
Rules facts are compiled from Wizards of the Coast’s official documents — the October 19, 2026 Update Bulletin above all — and card data comes from Scryfall, the community’s authoritative card database. Every page carries a “last verified” date, and dates in this product’s life matter: legality rolls out in stages (Commander on November 13, 2026, other eternal formats on January 1, 2027), so a page that was true last week can be out of date today. When the official picture changes, the pages change with it.
What this site is not
It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or trying to impersonate Wizards of the Coast or Hasbro. Magic: The Gathering, Mystery Booster, and related marks belong to Wizards of the Coast; rules and card text are quoted here for commentary and information. We do not sell cards, run a marketplace, or offer investment advice — the how-to-get page exists because the product’s launch structure genuinely confuses people, not because we profit on what you buy.
